Alexis - RP

   Heather hummed happily as she grabbed an apple from the bowl on the kitchen counter. Jennifer poked her head around the office doorway.
   "Hey sleepyhead!" she teased. "What took you so long? I've been up for an hour already!"
   Heather grinned. "You're the only one I know of that can get up early and be happy about it!"
   Jen waved her hand dismissively. "Yeah, yeah. So are we going to Mockingbird today or what?"
   "Yeah, let me go get Zamora, and you can start the truck and meet me at the mare barn." Heather tossed the keys to Jen and started jogging toward the mare pastures.

   Jennifer carefully closed the trailer door, then hopped into the front seat as Heather started the engine.
   "I wonder how the Langeraks are doing today," Jennifer commented. "I hope Elsie is okay; she looked exhausted."
   "Well you would be too, silly! Anyway, we're nearly there now, and you can see for yourself." Heather smiled at the sight of the Mockingbird gateway just ahead, with Paige waving to them from Jumanji's back.
